Press Release: NWS Issues Heat Advisory for Greene County

XENIA, OH – The National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio, has issued a HEAT ADVISORY for all of Greene County, effective now through Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Greene County Public Health wants to remind the public that the heat and humidity are forecast to be high over the next few days, and caution should be taken when outdoors for extended periods. Extremely high or unusually hot temperatures can affect your health. The most vulnerable people include the elderly, those who work or exercise outdoors, infants and children, people who are experiencing homelessness, and individuals with chronic medical conditions.
