U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) instructs states to take immediate steps to ensure households receive their full November allotments.
SNAP customers should monitor their accounts using the Connect EBT app or through the Ohio Benefits Self-Service Portal. The latest information will also be posted at jfs.ohio.gov. ODJFS will update the IVR and SSP with messaging to inform clients that they will receive the full benefit soon. It will be the difference between what they should have received for November, minus what they have already received this week.
